Two neighbours, a garage, an idea and a lot of motivation. The formula for a successful product. Sailology LLC was founded in Los Angeles, California in the summer of 2008 with an idea and a name, WinchRite by Sailology-“The Science Of Sailing”.

The WinchRite was launched at the 2010 Miami International Boat Show and won the NMMA Innovation award for new sailing gear. It instantly gained recognition in the global sailing community.

The WinchRite cordless winch handle is now in its’ second decade, more than 14,000 units are in service worldwide.
