Shipping

Our standard shipping method within the USA is UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available as an option on our website. Custom shipping is available on request. We pass on the actual shipping cost and do not mark this cost up. International shipping: Freight costs and method outside the USA will vary by destination and can only be estimated online. We will contact you if the actual amount exceeds the estimated amount by more than 10%. All applicable duty, taxes, and brokerage fees are not estimated and not included. Knowledge and payment of these fees is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Sailology, LLC offers a 30-day return policy on the WinchRite for an 18% re-stocking fee of the purchase price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the retailer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned unit(s). We reserve the right to refuse returns or assess additional fees at our discretion if the merchandise is missing parts or is not in new condition.
